We want you to be completely satisfied with your floatimini shopping experience and hope you love what you ordered. But for any reason if you do not, no worries! We will make returns easy and quick for you!
You may return merchandise purchased on www.floatimini.com within 14 days of the ship date found on the Packing List.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition as new, unused, and unwashed with the original tags and hygienic liner attached in order to receive the full refund. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the items which typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
Please note we do not accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than www.floatimini.com.
To make returns by using the enclosed prepaid label, please fill out the return form, repack the items including original tags, affix the enclosed prepaid return label to the outside of the box/package and drop it off at any United States Postal Service location.
Please note that $7.50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping for US orders.
If you do not find the return form or prepaid return label in your package for some reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us and we will be happy to help you with the return process.
If you choose to ship the items on your own, you will pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
Please ensure you enclose a completed return form with your order (if you do not have one, please contact us at email@example.com).
Please fill out the return form, repack the items including original tags in re-sellable condition, and ship it to the following address at your own expense.
